From April 1, 2021, submissions of papers (including notes and translations) will be accepted online by Editorial Manager (hereinafter referred to as EM), and submissions by mail will no longer be accepted.
As a result, members will also be charged a submission fee when submitting a paper. The notice mail system for special postings has also changed, and posting is possible by the same process as general posting. Please check the following for details. You can also use ORCID iD, an open identifier that uniquely identifies the author. We look forward to your contributions.
