Please note that the conference schedule was a little bit changed as follows:
(1)The opening ceremony of the conference will start at 8:30 on October 29, Saturday at Room A.
(2)The cocktail party at Vienna City Hall will start at 19:00 on October 30, Sunday. The commendation ceremony for the best paper award of the conference will be held there.
(3)Summer time will end and Winter time will start on October 30, Sunday. Please make your watch delayed an hour in the morning. The conference program will be execluded according to Winter time.
(4)The follwoing papers have been cancelled because the authors have not registered.
