The Most Interesting Readings Award has been given to authors of outstanding articles except research and educational papers,
that has been published on JSDE journal "Design Engineering", within time period from last January to December in each year,
in order to spread out the latest outcomes of our research, development and educational activities and to repraise author's contribution for our society.

The number of awarding is limited only One as a general rule, however, if it was difficult to choose a winner among candidates, the limitation can be expanded up to Three.

|
Winners are decided based on public voting by JSDE members, readers of JSDE journal.
A voting slip is attached on the 1st issue of each year.
|
(d)
|
The announcement of the winners and award ceremony are held at general meeting in the next year.
Testimonial and prize medal are given to winners.
It is also announced on JSDE journal.
